dear introduction is about introducing the reader about your whole essay. Techincally your each outline is introduced in the introduction. Since you have not posted outline it makes it difficult to comment on it.

My rough outline for this essay is:
1. Causes of terrorism:
economic
political
religious
social
2. external causes : drone strikes
9/11, war on terror
intervention by Saudi Arabia and iran
3. effects on the country
economy
politics
social life
sovereignty
4. possible solutions
5. conclusion
