Aoa,
I am not really an expert to evaluate someone effort;however, in my humble opinion there is no need to add heading number two.
Secondly, this topic demands solid solutions to combat terrorism.

Moreover, discuss the fundamental reasons of its emergence, for example, imperialism of the US, Proxy warfare, hegemonic desires of India and Saudi Arab in their respective religions, shia- sunni factor.
or may be at state level like poverty, unemployment, fast urbanization and gap between the rich and the poor etc.

i hope I am not digressing from the central idea.

I am not expert so dont take my opinion too seriously.

Aanwar,,, Thanks for stopping by.. I appreciate your comment. For the Heading No.2 You are absolutely right I am totally agree with you. While your rest of observations are also important. As you said to,,,, mentioned about fundamental reasons, proxy wars, hegemonic desires of india and sunni-shia,,,, I exactly did the same in different heading names, i.e Origins & spread of terrorism, Terrorism sponsorship in the name of counter-ship (proxies), Terrorism driven by political objectives (concerns in Balochistan, Afghanistan etc). About the Unemployment you are right I totally missed it... However, as you observed that it needs solid combat solutions to address it.... I think the combat solutions that I have proposed are solid enough... May be my headings have different wordings,, but I still consider them pretty solid... What do you suggest, in your point of view that how solid can those combat solutions be?
Once again I warmly appreciate you opinion. It certainly helped me to view from different perspective. Thanks a lot.

AOA,
Thanks for taking my views positively.
without making full-fledged outline it is difficult to suggest solutions; however, let me try something.

How to fight with emerging threat of terrorism:
At National level:
a) Develop National counter- terrorism policies and initiate them with full vigor.( NAP)
b) To stem out the growth of fundamentalism and extremism ( provide resources to theterrorist outfits)
c) To block financial reservoirs of such organization
d) focus on intelligence let operation
e) Narrative building against terrorism ( In Pakistan we have people who support the acts of terrorist )
f) fighting social issues( only single sub-heading unemployment, poverty etc )
g) adopting offensive approach rather than defensive policies.( to curb the scourge once and for all)
At international level:
a) revisiting the role and rewriting international social contract (UNO charter)
b) need to have clear, unbiased, and impartial definition of the term Terrorism ( dilemma is that there is no single def no terrorism)
c) To make proxy wars illegal and we can see against humanity.
d) To bridge the gap between shia-sunnies( OIC)
e) need for strong regional based organizations ( ASEAN)

These are just few points that can be mentioned though they are not in proper order and there is no symmetry as i wrote without proper brain storming. you can add or subtract from them and even disagree with me on them brother.

Thanks!
