AoA!

do any of you think that essay paper will have descriptive essays. Kind of that we had in 2018 e.g. Education sector of Pakistan: ills and remedies.

And what will be your choice between an argumentative or descriptive essay.

Water crisis, population explosion, climate change, poverty, are all the descriptive essays as well as in the forthcoming essay paper's radar. In order to be on the safer side, I'll go with these topics.

I am talking about types of essays not topics of essay.

descriptive
education sector in Pakistan: ills and remedies

Argumentative essay
Higher education in Pakistan making money for the opulent class

now the question is do we have any chance of having descriptive-type essays in 2019?

I guess Paper will be mixture of both... & After appearing in 2018 I personally have opinion that If you have proper arguments & writing style than It doesnot matter whether you opt descriptive essay or argumentative one... Last time Essay related to CPEC was argumentative while On democracy it was descriptive... So, should sharpen our arguments... I personally think that Essay on Water Crisis will be Descriptive while on Climate/Population it will be argumentative... On Economy or aid it will be argumentative...
It is my personal opinion...

Everyone says that we should write quotes and sayings in essay, anybody please clarify that when and where we should write quotations? I mean in the start of an essay, in the middle ?? And can we write 2 or 3 quotations in Essay?

Surely we have. We cannot predict the forthcoming paper by looking over the previous year's topics, which were mostly descriptive. If argumentative and explanatory topics are the preferences of the paper setter, they will mostly be based on international affairs. Growing populism, global trade constraints, US Indo-Pacific vision, to name a few.

Wherever the quote mostly fits. Generally, aspirants articulate quotes atop the introductory para to align it with the para. But there is no hard and fast rule. Quotes can also be put in the main body, i.e. 'Genius without education is like silver in the mine'. If one is talking about the mental capacity of Pakistani youth without adequate access to education, this quote can be put in between paras.
