Hello Asalam-o-Alaikum. i hope every one who read this is having a great day. Hello everyone i am want to appear for the CSS competitive exam in 2019 or 2020 not sure , i just wanna know a simple answer , can i prepare my self for CSS, or i will waste my time, i am really interested to clear a CSS competitive exam, but because of some issue i did not have any preparation at all.

I cleared my bachlor in science in 2013, I always wanted to do the preparation for CSS competitive exam but at that time my my father health condition became serious at that time. Not because of my father i cannot managed a time for preparation for CSS, but actually my mind was not ready ,, i always obsessed and every time i envisioned about my father and his bad health condition.

In 2014 i wished to complete my further studies and, i started master in botany from (University Of Baluchistan). And again what happened next! my father condition become worse, unfortunately left master in botany in mid.

Now i am here; i dreamed for CSS once a time. But i was not able to prepare. Now my age is 25 not touched studies for past 4 years.
I just want to ask simple question from you guys can i prepare my self for CSS 2019. The gap between my studies(4 years) unfortuanatly is not in favor to attempt CSS 2019 ,, as i have to improve my english too :'( (Expert advise will be appreciated)

Fawadhash thank for the reply ,, Sir will you please guide me a little bit ,, i am working hard for CSS competitive exam 2019 ,, but my English writing skill and reading skill is worst . I started reading DAWN newspaper and making precis writing of each Article. But it consume so much time. And at last i feel like i could not achieve my goals :'( . Will you please guide me .I also lost grip on my studying skills, has i was not in touch with study for last 4 hours :'( .

Don't worry. Just keep doing this Dawn reading and precis-making exercise. Don't bother to make precis of every article. Just choose one or two difficult ones. If you find some difficult words, look them up immediately in dictionary. Almost everyone who starts preparing for CSS starts with 0 skills and eventually improve. You can do that as well if you work hard and read as much as possible.
