its a good outline. But in my opinion, this topic is not like a CSS essay..rather its a matric exam one. Try to focus & direct your efforts towards solving of previous Essay Papers of fpsc. This will help you build a mature attitude towards topics and dilemmas you are going to face in real time fpsc exam.
