Anyone here who studied from any of the above teachers? Please share your experience, do they check Essays properly and on regular basis?

Sir Jasra do checks essays thoroughly and guides about every aspect of the essay. It depends upon the student how many essays he is willing to write and get them checked by Sir in order to clarify his confusions. Going to him won't work if one is not ready to work/write essays outlines, intros according to Guidelines given by Sir.
I was a student of Sir Jasra and have never met the other teacher you mentioned.

I have met both the above teachers ,and studied from Sir Mureed. I will suggest you to go to Sir Mureed. Yes, he regularly check one's work.

The problem with Sir Jasra is that he only checks the Essays of those who join his classes. I don't want to take HIS classes, I just want to get my essays checked. While Sir Riaz is offering to provide Essay checking service.

@Theodosius any particular reason for not recommending Sir Riaz?

To be honest, Islamabad does not have any teacher who can teach good essays. I do not know about other cities. Sir Riaz lagari has his feet in many boats: school, academy, TOFEL, IELTS etc. So, this made me think that he is just commercializing his skills for CSS students. On the other hand, Sir Mureed is specialized and experienced teacher. However, you may give essays to sir lagari for checking. The problem with sir mureed way is that he teaches Descriptive essays and he is best in it ,and in 2019 we wont have descriptive essays.

I am expecting lot of idiomatic essay topics this year

What do you mean by, we won't have any descriptive essays?
