Your thesis statements are not correct as per my knowledge as u cannot ask a question in your thesis statement. Thesis statement must develop a concrete idea regarding your take about the topic.

I personally feel the first topic is asking you to support political will/power as a key to success (at state, local, international level) in contrast to economic power/initiative.
Your outline is more suited to a topic such as: Role of economics on world order

and
.
in your thesis statement; you've used the word been. is that correct?
"past ages, been vanished in:"

No, 'has been'. typo mistake
Regarding the first topic, I was trying to mention the political manoeuvrings of states with a focus on economic gains. For example, China is playing politics in the South China sea by setting bases and placing large submarines to prevent any other state coming within 100nautical miles. It is doing so with a view to making trade avenues with other regions, which is its economic vision. Hope you have understood.
