I have compiled a list of expected essays ,and I would request seniors and all others to share their view on this.

I-Beggars cannot be choosers
II-Education for transforming Pakistan
III-Freedom of speech
IV-Gender equality

As we know that we cannot accurately guess the topics ,but fields that are important(in my view) are:
Foreign Debt, Education, Gender/Women, Freedom of speech, Current
affairs, Economic problems in Pakistan, Social media, United Nations,
Accountability and Virtues of planning

Please share at least five topics that you think cam make their part in CSS-19 Essay paper.

These topics are expected every year, and these topics are also important for current affairs. Besides these topics, one should also make a firm grip on social-psychological topics like obesity, mental retardedness, human rights and child labour. Thirdly, one should inculcate as many facts, figures, stats, quotes, and reports and articulate them where they are required while writing an essay or answering a question. These differences might make a candidate expect good marks.

You have compiled quite relevant and substantial topics. I'll add some as well

1. The Fata-kp merger and the challenges ahead
2. The challenge of hybrid war
3. Family planning for a healthy Pakistan. Or overpopulation is a curse.
4. The FATF challenge
5. The crisis of national integration in pak

There are no expected essays as trend change every year. What you can do is making outlines and introductions from past papers.
