Unity needed for Aspirants (for a legitimate demand)

The paper of Essay is vague and aspirants are left with no clue about the correct way of attempting the paper. Even those who ought to be in top 10 end up failing this paper with 1-2 marks. We, aspirants, run after professors of English who do nothing but to confuse us more by blaming other teachers' methods for capturing their own market.

I think it is our right to ask FPSC to give us marks distribution criteria for essay paper and to give us 5 model essays that should be followed by aspirants so that aspirants get an idea of proper way of attempting the essay paper.
We all are/have investing precious time of our life, forget about money it can be earned latter :D, in this exam and we have every right to know about the aforementioned things.

So, I request everyone here to write to FPSC about these demands. I am writing the request in bold and italic format below. You guys can copy it and send it to FPSC with editing your name and date.

[I]Asalam-o-Alikum
Sir/Madam,
I have following suggestions for improvement of CSS exams. FPSC has quite well described syllabus for all subjects except essay. Essay has became quite vague in sense of its marks distribution and the method of attempting it. I would like to request you to tell aspirants about the marks distribution of CSS Essay paper. We want to know how the 100 marks are distributed in the paper? This will end much ambiguities about essay paper. Further, I would like you to give us, aspirants, five model essay papers that could serve as a reference point in preparing the essay paper.
I hope we will get these, basic, demands fulfilled at earliest.
Thanking you in anticipation

So, please share this link with other aspirants, in FB Groups, in WhatsApp groups etc.

I also request @moderators to make it Sticky note as a sign of support.

I actually agree with every word there (minus the grammatical errors ;), and I thank you for addressing this.

If the state wants the best candidates to contribute to the running of the system, it needs to do its best in offering clear guidelines every step of the way.

Of course, it starts with the written exam and there is no good reason why each and every single subject and the way it needs to be learned and understood should not be clear.

Will do my best to share this so others can also offer their take on the matter.

haha ..
but unfortunately there is very discouraging response from aspirants. I guess they love the torture of FPSC.

You are right. But there are no clear criteria for any paper. I have learnt in my journey that one should take each paper separately and learn and analyze its own techniques.

As far as essay is concerned, after taking guidance from top three teachers in Lahore, I have made my own strategy and it worked.
Outline and thesis statement of essay must be clear and to the point. Mostly students write some irrelevant headings and contents and they get failed.

For example, if an essay ask one dimension of education or democracy, students write importance, meaning etc. which have not been asked.

Mr. Theodosius, you seem to me to be in distress.

Firstly, you invited different candidates for group study ( apparently because you could not concentrate on your study alone ). Secondly, you suddenly sought help due to some traumatizing incident that has happened. Thirdly, you tried to give someone advice not to pursue CSS and chose some foreign country instead of this low-paying job. And now you are trying to do very unusual things which, I am afraid, is not going to bear any fruits.

You are distracted from your goal which is very understandable because most of us find our self in the same situation. But you need to handle things with maturity.

haha dufersen brother!

you are 100% correct. I am a bit confused lately and this is the reason we have this forum- to resolve our confusion right! Further you have awesome skill of observation and you should be in FBI isi CIA ...

Further, coming to point, I want your support on said topic. Please support me in this legitimate

Mr. Theodosius! In my humble opinion essay is just one topic, one question with no broken down parts so FPSC can't and shouldn't give marks distribution for that.
Secondly it is for the writer to decide what to write and what not about a specific given topic, it is part of the exam. That is what differentiate a successful candidate from the unsuccessful one.
Thirdly just have a look at outline of different essays shared at this forum in different threads and decide honestly, I don't think most of them qualify for passing marks. Same case everywhere so it doesn't surprise me atleast if most people fail this subject.
Note:
It is purely my personal opinion and
I am not an experienced person if you talk about preparation of CSS infact I haven't even started my preparation yet. So you can just ignore my opinion if you think you know better about essay writing.
