Brother can you please guide about the referencing method to be used.

Should it be only in inverted commas like

Karl Marx said, " xyz "

or

body of the paragraph Karl Marx said:
" XYZ "

Plz tell me about analysis.
A separate point in outline before conclusion?

Bro, you are not writing any research paper. This is an essay and you can use the reference method which suits your needs.

You have free reign in this regard.

Usually, we write like this:

As Aristotle said
As Hoodboy argued

Quotations always help you to defend your thesis. They also bring a spark in the content and makes it more compelling and interesting.

I would advise that you should use quotes where necessary. But keep in mind that your essay must be YOUR ESSAY, not the essay of someone else.

Most importantly, Be relevant. yeh na ho quotes lekhny k chakro ma irrelevant quotes lekhe hun.

And even if you dont write quotes, you can still pass the essay.

Your whole essay should be an analysis

There is no need to give separate heading for SWOT analysis.

Just keep in mind if it is an expository essay, you don't need to do that much analysis as compared to an argumentative essay.

Answering the second part of your question: sometimes you have to SWOT analysis and sometimes you have to do PEST analysis. Just go with the flow of thoughts in your mind.
