Firstly, I think the topic of your essay is broad in its nature. For example, putting a cerain time limit on it can reduce its width. The other thing is the critical evaluation of Pakistan's foreign policy. Like other members said, you can read multiple authentic books and then write evaluation in your own words. In my personal experience, a generic understanding of Pakistan's successes and failures allows me to evaluate the foreign polciy. I am mentioning a few points coming to my mind right now. Analysis wrt Afganistan (Durand line, the USSR invasion in 1979, the USA intervention, and now role of Pakiatan in peace dialogue) Analysis wrt Kasmir (support for the right of self-determination for Kashmiris and internationalized the issue) Similarly, brief analysis could be provided wrt India, the USA, Iran, China, the middle east. Following points may also be adjusted under the success/failure of the foreign policy: Pakistan managed to become a nuclear power Failed to protect her Eastern part in 1971 A label of harbouring and nurturing terrorists outfits Staying away from Saudi and Yemen conflict Let ke know for any further assiatance.
