look, your outline as a unit looks good. however, you should have present points in a manner that annwers YES/NO as asked in the essay question.
your outline says, you are are telling both sides of yes/no, in my opinion, you should have clearly written the one side of asked yes/no. best of luck

I second the opinion given above. And my thesis statement as mentioned earlier consists a positive stance (the very start of my introduction). On top of that, all my headings and sub headings are backed up with arguments/data/facts tilting towards the positive side. For eg: in SWOT, even while talking about the weakness( infrastructure), I’ve mentioned how the PM initiative and projects like cpec are being used to improvise on the matter. Furthermore, in Needs portion, I’ve told how govt is already using digital patterns such as Nadra features but how further techniques like big data analysis can allow to cater administrative concerns. ETC.

To answer the other concern shown, to my opinion, this is an argumentative essay right. And such essay demands different methods of approach ie: either you choose persuasive style( pick a stance and simply write on that one part using evidence) or you choose exploratory/anaytical style (present both side of the story, take a stance and prove how your stance is better using facts).

Is Pakistan ready for digital revolution?
1. Thesis: Given the huge portion of youngsters in our total population that is immensely tech-savvy, impactful penetration of third and fourth generation internet in Pakistan, growing small and medium enterprises (SMEs), rise of entrepreneurial tendencies, and owing to the foundation laid by government for digitization through its “Digital Vision” , it can safely be maintained that Pakistan is ready for digital revolution. 2. Pakistan possesses a robust platform for a digital revolution to materialize a. Presence of youth bulge and desirability of technology among youngsters. b. Impactful penetration of 3-G and 4-G internet in Pakistan. c. Fast growing SMEs and their demand for growth opportunities through digitization. d. Emergence of entrepreneurial tendencies in Pakistan and the role of digital platform for its progress. e. Advent of 5-G and its initial tests in Pakistan: clear indicators that Pakistan is ready of digital revolution. f. Foundation laid down by government through its “Digital Vision” point toward readiness of Pakistan for digital revolution. 3. However, challenges to establishment of digital economy and e-governance cannot be ruled out a. Presence of elite capture and proponents of status quo may render digital revolution non-inclusive. b. Non-availability of financial resources and lack of infrastructural development may restrict the coverage and scope of digitization. 4. Conclusion In the end I wrote two paragraphs; one covering some suggestions to tackle the challenges and other reiterating my main thesis that Pakistan is ready for digital revolution. |

What I was told by many that the examiner reads outline, intro and conclusion. But again you never know what is their exact criteria for judging aspirants.

I’ve heard same by reputable sources and not just aspirants. If the outline is completely deviant , the examiner won’t bother reading further. If it’s relevant that’s a green or even if it’s confusing , he gives a chance and reads the introduction. If the introduction is a fail then that’s the end. If it’s good, he’ll continue with conclusion and skims through paragraphs to decide what score to award. But again we never know about individual differences. Ofcourse not all examiners follow similar standard. That’s where luck comes in play.
