2- The right to Freedom of Speech has done wonders in Pakistan as well. It can be credited for:

ii- Facilitating the Independence of Judiciary
iii- Consensus building against terrorist organizations
iv- Formulation of effective Foreign Policy
v- Highlighting the grievances of depressed beings
3- However, this fundamental right of Freedom of Speech is prone to be misused in following ways:

ii- Populist tendencies
iii- Centralized control of Media by manipulators
iv- Misinformation campaigns on Social Media which create Hate Speech
v- Media persons try to influence Public Opinion for propaganda setting
4- To prevent the misusage of Free Speech, following steps should be taken on priority basis:
i- Implementation of a code of conduct for Journalists
ii- Engagement with Social Media search engines & Apps to stop misinformation
iii- Strengthening of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority
iv- Collaboration with NGOs to counter fake news
v- Education of people to effectively use their right of Freedom of Speech
vi- Curbing of elements in Media serving their personal vendettas
