It is a very good outline. Just expand it a bit. For example , with renewable and non renewable sources you can give percentage of these sources in energy mix of Pakistan. Or maybe make new heading for energy mix of Pakistan. Overall you attempt is awesome and it has got nearly everything that any good outline demands.

the outline is very good. almost everything got covered in it

yeah, it is a good outline but I think that you should add names of renewable and non renewable resources and the GDP too, as it will cause a brilliant effect on your essay outline.

But maybe then an essay will become more technical , it will be like solving EDS or environmental science paper . She has used some technical words in her outline but filling an outline with more words like those may have a negative effect . One can use detailed information in an essay .
There is other side of this view too , as you said , that she can give names of renewable and non renewable resources , but it would be better to just write a point of renewable and non renewable resources and then explain about them in the body of essay .
