I think energy security , any topic related to COVID-19 and its impact on education, economy, society, on our health systems . And, education system in pakistan specially Single national curriculum ,with it health system in pakistan , economic crisis of pakistan, civil-military relations, political turmoil in pakistan, blasphemy, islamophobia, freedom of expression, elections and electoral system related topics, corruption, good governance, moral degradation in our society, women empowerment related topic.
Well, i think they are the most important topics now a days. Add arab-israel relations if you want to.

And please avoid making chain posts, though i have merged them this time. Regards:)

You asked for 10 , i told you 14 . there is difference of just 4 topics . Not 'too much' difference sister . Well, its up to you to do any one of them or maybe do nothing.
And regarding that second view of yours , just open past papers and you will know that they ask topics as a whole or they ask subdomains of topics. Then you will come to know that most of the times they ask you to write on subtopics related to some bigger issue . You will have to write about them, no matter what . Yes they are related to current affairs, they are contemporary topics and if you see past papers of last 5 to 10 years , you will come to know that they are asking general topics related to current affairs. and here i mean that they ask these type of topics lot of times . Its not a matter of one topic out of 10 .
And , well improve your analytical skills , then you will be able to expand your writings to 2500 words.
Regards.

Religious extremism do come within Hate Crimes or maybe it might be asked as current problem faced by Islam
Poverty and Unemployment wouldn't be asked in straight-forward method. Though, examiner might join some national issue with these.
Psychological impacts of Covid! It may become a good bullet in essay of Impacts of Covid. Otherwise I think it is useless.
And for last topic it can only be asked in CA / PA and US history

The topics which examiner give are mostly related to current issues and on which enough material could be written. He is expecting around 2000 words on it.
You can say above mentioned topics are most favorite for 2021. The difference would be in the way examiner asks. Take for example Hate Crimes; he can ask you to relate them with popular-ism or Covid or ask its impacts on globalization or Muslim world. Or for example Kashmir; you could be asked to evaluate Pak's action on it; Reaction of Muslim world; future options for Pak etc.

My suggestion would be that you should read enough material on these topics and cover them through multiple angles. Apart from that, get relevant stats, ref, quotes too. And then practice writing multiple outlines on every topic and writing at-least one essay on each topic.

Add two more topics: Gender Crimes and Freedom of Speech/ Censorship
