It's a good attempt. But there are certain errors that I found in it. Firstly, you just wrote "introduction", but where is it? How would one know what's on your mind? Write an introduction so that respected members would grade you better. Similarly, also instead of writing a "conclusion", write one. Secondly, many points of your outlines are of just one word. This is wrong. Merely, reading it, the examiner won't have an idea about the paragraphs. You should write interesting headings so that it would entice the examiner to read your essay.

Apart from this, please avoid using "netspeak".

The nature of the topic is argumentative and if you wanted to explain it descriptively, you could have done it in a much better way. The topic in general highlights the importance of water as it sustains life; there is no other replacement; available in a very limited quantity and only on Earth; depleting at a very faster pace; a harbinger of prosperity; a valuable blessing of the Almighty.....

Moreover, mentioning that why we fail to know the worth of water by highlighting awareness issues, missing socialization, no water management bodies, Pollution, dumping of waste products into water bodies, excessive extracting of water from aquifers, no preservation steps/ strategies, no viable steps against global warming...

Also, mentioning the repercussions when the well is dry as it would be a precursor to wars, a reverse gear to the civilization, a threat to the ecology, transformation of Earth into another dry planet( like Mars, Venus),...

And at the end, highlighting the worth of water by suggesting and urging to take steps on a war footing.
