Writing 5000 words in an essay
 

Asslamualaikum,
I hope all are fine.
It is a hard nut to crack to write 5000 words in the paper of essay of central superior sevices. I need the answer wether is it true or just it is rumoured that one must write to such a big extent.
There are so many essays and specially essays on quotations, it is very difficult to write an essay of 3000 words on quotations.
Help me specially the qualified aspirants .

Brother I've passed essay paper in ce-07 Alhamdulillah. And I already have wrote in another thread that the length of my essay was about 5 to 6 pages only and I wrote on global warming.

Length is not the only parameter to judge the quality of the essay. It includes how much you write according to subject matter of the essay... then also the richness of words and use of grammar.... spelling... and writing maturity level.... + the sequence in paragrahps .... the essay outline and upto some extent neatness too.... while you are writing...........

So length, as per my experience, is not the sole entity rather quality worth more than the quantity. Around 2000 words length essay but quality writing may give you good score in essay.

I am very juilent to see ur this useful post, because i was worried about 5000 words that how would some one write it.
But it is now clear that in the paper of essay Quality is needed not Quantity.

I firmly endorse the opinion of Mr.Noman..even i hardly wrote essay of 2500words and i scored 46,but yes, synchronization and coherence of an essay is really important..dnt keep on writing run-of-the-mill type of essay just for the sake of quantity...

Its been a pleasure for me to share (with all bro & sis) what I know and to learn what I dont at this forum. Learning is a process which continues till we reach the end point of our stay in this world towards the final destiny of ours i.e. the after life.

you should check the question of the essay paper 2008 its written 2500-3000 words,to produce essay of such length and quality is a difficult task.
5000 words are not possible , i have seen people filling up sheets but not clearing the easy paper.
so maintain a normal length never compromise on quality of material you write.
i wrote an essay of reasonable length,didnt use extra sheet actually left many sheets from the first pack they give you and have cleared it.:laugh:
