Jogging , a form of running, is a physically aerobic exercise. Most of the times it is prescribed by doctors to keep one's health up to mark. This exercise has gained importance since last three decades. People consider jogging an importance type of exercise partly because they have become conscious about their health. And partly because they find jogging a goof past time! One sees a significant rise in the umber of people on jogging tracks. It implies that, generally, awareness about one's health is on rise.

Jogging brings in its wake a number of benefits. Such as, it improves cardio vascular health, circulates blood to every organ, decreases cholesterol and control over all health. It is notable that improper jogging can cost one a life long disability. Therefore it is strongly recommended that a proper choice of road, shoes, and clothes are perquisite for proper jogging. Moreover, precautions should also be coupled with factors. For instance, one ought to jog regularly, for at least forty minutes. While jogging a companion is always a plus!
Jogging prevents one from cardio vascular diseases. This kind of diseases is second most fatal cause of deaths around the world. Jogging helps one to make arteries, veins and heart healthy while restricting formation of clot any where in the body.It also helps one to breath more amount of oxygen which , in turn, makes arteries and veins grow healthy. Jogging is also essential in terms of circulation of blood to all parts of boy. When one works the whole day, physically and mentally, one's organs require more amount of blood to functon properly. But one's normal routine does not provide one the more amount of blood. It is where jogging helps one to have required amount of blood to one;s organs , and ensures proper functioning of organs. It is this reason that professional runners do every kind of work better than ordinary men. Furthermore, jogging helps one to remove extra fats from one's body. It is notable that because of scientific innovations, time and again, one has digitalised every aspect of life. A man, thirty years ago and hailing from a certain economic bracket, was more likely to work physically than the man , hailing from same economic bracket , today. As a result one is more likely to run the risk of being fatty today. Therefore jogging helps one to lose extra calories and helps one to become slim and smart! jogging , in every sense of the word, is thus to one's health what sword is to the Lord. in short if an engine oil ensures a safe drive of a given car, jogging ensures the health of a given body.

Anything that is misused poses risks and eventually harms. It goes true for jogging either. An improper jog will definitely derail health, let alone giving benefits. In order to prevent any harm to health, one should take precautions of jogging into consideration. The foremost of all precautions is the selection of shoes. It is so crucial that a special kind of shoes, namely jogger, are made for the purpose of "jogging". The reason for choosing joggers to jog is because jogger keep the position and movement of one's foot proper while running. It also helps one's foot to have firm hold of the ground, and prevents one's fall. It is why the selection of shoes stands crucial in hogging. The selection of clothes holds, if not less, equal importance. Because if one is formally dressed and tries to jog , one's formal clothes will not allow one to extend loges fully. Thereby making the basic of jogging, extension of muscles, unattained. It is why formal clothes are not recommended. On the other hand if one is dressed in too informal clothing such as , Shalwar Kameez, this selection too is improper for jogging. Because while one jogs one's viscera move up and down. If one's viscera are allowed to move in upward and downward motion, it is likely that one feels pain. It is why an underwear in case of man and under garments in case of woman is always recommended. No wonder then underwear and under garments make every dress a proper one to jog with! Thus proper selection of clothing is necessary for jogging. Though the selection of road reserves tertially importance, a wrong selection of road often results in traffic accidents and a disease call knee knocking. If people are allowed to jog on the roads vehicles drive on, there is a great likelihood that people would be hit by a vehicle. This is why specific jogging tracks are made in some ares of the town. The disease knee knocking occurs when one selects and improper road to jog on such as a smooth highway. When one runs on such a smooth road, the smoothness of road attempts to give same amount of force in return to one's knees that one employs on road through one's fee.t As a result, one's knees begin to bear a pressure force. It will ,as a result, affect the proper functioning of knees and cause knocking of knees. Hence the above precautions if considered can make jogging a blessing as well as a worthwhile experience.

Besides precautions, there are certain factors which make jogging one's part of life. The primary factor is one's punctuality to jog. The more one is regular, he better. It is why most of the doctors recommend setting a particular time to jog and sticking to it persistently. The regularity in one's schedule , besides rendering health, makes one punctual in other walks of one's life too. The next factor is the period of time one devotes to jog. The minimum amount of time that is precribed by most of the experts is forty minutes a day. Because, according to experts, an aerobic exercise longing for forty minutes is literally enough to make one health for next twenty four hours. The last, by no means the least, factor is having a companion. Having a companion while jogging works as an asset. Because the conversation between a couple would not make any one of them realize the distance they have already covered! Moreover, having a company also increases one's morale, and stamina. These are the reason why a company facilitates one's jogging.

To top it off, it is a high time that the merits of jogging should be made more common. Because the importance one attaches to jogging lies in one's awareness of its merits. Moreover, the precautions as well as the related factors should be written and installed at every jogging track. Realistically only time can tell how long and how rapid jogging turns out to be a part of one's life.

Wow, an essay on jogging seems pretty funny. But overall, I have to say you have laid out your outline in a great manner. Although, the message it brings out to readers is sought out in a outgoing tone. The grammar looks to be fine as frankensten of ccs has stated, but some spelling and punctuation errors remain. I do not know if that is what you are looking to be assessed upon? Overall, the concept of your essay seems to be great. Well done!
Btw, what is this esay for? (just wondering)

I am indebted to both of you for the time that you spared assessing my essay. As far as spelling mistakes are concerned, they occurred because I was typing while seeing the paper on which I attempted it. As I was not seeing the monitor, hence spelling errors occurred. I apologize and hope not to repeat them in the offing. Moreover, admittedly , I was feeling so sleepy that I could not afford giving it a second reading.

I was looking for any kind of assessment that qualifiers and my fellows could do without a specific demand. I wanted to know if my essay fulfills the essentials of essay writing and whether there is any pitfall in its over-all structure.

Red rose: your piece of writing makes for good reading. however u should pay special attention to these areas:

1. avoid being repetitive. word jogging appears many times in your essay. try to put similar words, meanings to give to variety. puting same word time and again in an essay of around a thousand or so words makes it monotonous. same is the case with the word 'one' u should restrict its use.

2. avoid being redundant:- there are two kinds of redundancies in your essay. first is :

one should take precautions of jogging into consideration
you should simple write , '' should take precautions'' because precuations by nature are taken into consideration, so it is a redundancy. u should try to look-out for these kinds of things. second type of redundancy is mentioning same idea many times. i noted u mention that joging is good for cardiovascular system at many places. note it for urself.

3. use the information of which you are only sure : sometimes information that u give create contradiction in the mind of your reader. if this contradiction is based upon some fact then there is a serious trouble. so, if there is any statement which demands more clearifications, do put relevants examples, facts, explainations. in your essay you have mentioned:

. this statement needs further elaboration. how does it prevent against clot.
likewise, explain what is 'arobic exercise' why arobic is superior to anerobic.

I've put into bold some grammatical errors. Your phrasing is good and so are your ideas but there are minor grammatical inconsistencies.

1) Most of the time*
2) the* last three years
3) important* (seems like a typo)
4) Remove the fullstop
5) Again, no need for a fullstop and a comma here
6) "and" after a comma
