dear u don't need any teacher.

if u are pretty weak in english, then put this code in youtube and watch the lectures from virtual university. MCM310

then u can buy them too, in form of DVD only of 60 rupees. and notes in the form of book.

but for css u have to do more and more yr self. i.e learn GRE word lists revise them daily until u take to the hilt.

pair of verbs , idioms, so for grammar is needed in css u go through tenses from practical English grammar also do active passive and narration,

for essay if u r not good at writing, read dawn editorial and understand it.
keep in file, next day again read and sit in good mood and copy it . write as it. do this for three months ( this is for beginners)

after that try to write yrself something daily and leave it, next day sit alone and read yr own written article aloud and correct it yr self.

do this six month,

work on at least 10 themes ( means collect material with every angle on 10 topics and then essay is nothing)
