Good and Short Book on Essay

I came across a short book on essay preparation. Written in a very easy style and according to students needs. Hope it would help CSS aspirants.

"How to write essays: A practical guide for students" by John Clanchy and Brigid Ballard.

I dont know whether it is available in Lahore. I have purchased it from old book shop in Rawalpindi and if i remember correctly, it was the only copy. It is an old book published in 1983.
