Default A Suggestion : Introduction + Short Body + Conclusion

A Suggestion

The most difficult parts of an essay are its introduction and conclusion. I would suggest you to write full introduction and conclusion. While the body part should consist of one line sentences for each of the paragraph (i.e. what you want to say in that paragraph). It will make essay practice easier.
