as 2010 aspirants are going to appear in papers on saturday and the first paper is of essay so how to perform better in this paper, i am giving some suggestions according to my experience.

as this is the most important paper so one must be very casious about it.

here are my suggestions

1. for a few days before the paper read good articles, editorials and english magzines.

2. on friday do not read at all. be free and make ur mind fresh. if possible go for outing and take a good sleep at night.

3. go for the paper half an hour before and release ur tension.

4. get the question paper with Bismillah and not chose the topic in hurry.

5. spend atleast 10 minutes for topic selection and be determined on it once u have chosen.

6. spend atleast 30-40 minutes on brainstorming.

7. spend 10-20 on making outline if anybody is writing it before writing the essay.

8. spend 90-100 minutes for writing the whole essay it is sufficient for writing 1500-2000 words.

9. spend 20-30 mintues on revision of ur essay and then hand over it to the invigilater.

conclusion

once again dont start writing at once as many people do. focus a lot on ur introductory paragraph. as well begin is half done. if ur intro and conclusion is good then u r safe to secure 40 marks. and above this, it is upto ur body of essay.

so be fresh at least for this paper and pray to God
