coming back to your query..well there is no particular book on essay's.There are a few books available in market like'100 essay' etc but they are not really helpful.
The real thing is to have knowledge on how to write an essay the type which is required in css....
i will suggest you to get 'exploring the world of english' study the tips on how to write an essay.secondly meet some students who have appeared in the exams and have a look at their essay's this way you'll get familiar with the css standard essay.

Thirdly knowledge helps.Read good english newpapers and some good magazines like Newsweek,Times and Economist.This will add into your knowledge and help you develop a good writing style.

2) Ingredients of personality (Nature + Nurture)
a)Biological factors, heredity.........................
b) Environmental factors, family, peer group, school / college / university, religious gatherings, organization, social groups
3) Personality traits, trait theory, and related other theories on personality and human behavior
4) Internal change vs external change, cognition process, stimuli process etc.
5) Types of personalities, A type, B type ....................etc. X type, Y type.............etc.
6) Personality imbalances, dissonance, ways to balance the personality, ways to cope with individual as well as organizational stressors
7) Situational leadership skills in personality as the need of modern times
8) Essential characteristics needed to keep pace in the modern competition: Communication skills, managerial skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills, bargaining skills, persuasive skills, win-win traits, helicopter factor
9) Examples of some great personalities of the world by focusing on their personality traits. Their charismatic characteristics as well as acquired / adopted characteristics

Essay a key or Lock?
 

Essay paper is either key or Lock futuring in CSS examination, so great care should be taken for one's training in essay. I shall suggest to all the aspirants in just three words" re-write thousand times"

While writing please avoid first person pronoun ("I") in your final draft.

hmmm sadly saying that FPSC rejected me .... well i m disclosing the main points of essay writing & there are only two main reasons which is the rote cause of fail in essay or low scoring.....
as we all know that to express one's own thoughts on a specific topic is essay....
but the question is this that why our students fail in essay paper on large scale despite having grip on english?
so now it is an open secret as given under....
1. one must not reach on final result/decision in essay (writer kbi bhi nateeja na nikaale bs jo uska apna nukta nigaah hy wo pesh krde magr ye na ho k wo sabit kr ke beth jaaye ke ye ye hy etc)
2. special care must be taken while writing an essay "never give suggestion, advice etc" ( kbi b koi mashwara na deejye bs)

Special note:
the above mentioned thing is the only cause that convert one's essay into fiction, storey, report etc.....
( islye in 2 points ka lehaaz rakh lena dua doge mujhe) agr mujhe reject na kiya jata to shayad ye disclose kbi nhi krta.....

hmmm dear we give but it is not the requirement of essay and it directly convert it into "reportage", actually essay is the art to give new perspectives and expressions on a specific topic

I think concept of suggestions is being grossly misunderstood.
One should always dwell upon suggestions but one should not bent upon claiming that the given suggestions will suffice or eradicate all the ills.
So the golden word is CLAIM ;)
