If you want to write progressive English in CSS papers I have tips for you which will boost your CSS English writing paper preparations:
1: Read in English
2: Listen to native speakers
3: When writing in English, think in English
4: Write in English 5: Proofread
6: Have English-speaking friends who are not afraid to correct your mistakes
7: Study spelling and grammar
8: Commas and hyphenation – the tricky buggers
9: Relax I have found these tips after a very long research from books, internet and other sources if anyone have some more techniques on it so please share it with all the members. Thank you.

Welldone. Good systematic way to follow and get a reasonably good grasp of the language.
I would emphasis on this 3rd point of yours. When I started doing this, I was feeling it quite difficult to follow, but after a month's practice, it became smooth. And I already can feel the positive changes.
