In my view this is not a literary topic. This is about the very real and serious issue of Brain Drain in Pakistan.

A common sense approach is to first identify the main theme of the Essay.

In this case, the theme is that Brains (qualified, educated professionals) are leaving Pakistan because they are not appreciated here.

Explain what issues they face here, and what "appreciation" they are given overseas.

This should be followed by some recommendations about how to stop or even reverse the process.

Is it right to say that to write essays on such topics a person must have a literary taste.......i mean understanding realities in different perspectives......coz we cant insert facts and figures here but only thoughts.....kindly elaborate
