dear!
don..go for nuclear tuition classes, there are many aspects of studying in a classroom, one gets multipronged benefits out of it. Boldness, acquiring right and extra skill, multi opinions, neutrality in opinion, relinquishing grammatical mistakes, learn good things from classmates etc...

If you are a lonely wolf, you can learn much more through the internet than the academies or private teachers can. A website in case is http://writingcenter.unc.edu/handouts/.
You can furthermore find video clips on all important issues like thesis, intro, conclusion, outline etc.
The rest is practice.
To assess the quality of your expression, get your essay read by a junior student. If he reads it and says "wow", then you are on your way.
To get your spelling, punctuation and basic structure analysed, type your essays in MS Word.
And when you get an opportunity, you should get your written essays seen by renowned csps (though I do not consider it ESSENTIAL because it only works as a placebo).
When it comes to composition, what is there to learn in it?
Vocabulary, idioms, pairs of words, narration and correction are things that you have to learn sitting at a desk, though in narration and correction, there is room for instruction.
However, you can read books of grammar yourself for them.
For expansion, I would say if you have learnt essay writing, that should be a piece of cake.
Comprehension is not a hard nut to crack.
Precis is the only thing less learnt through instruction and more through practice.
Even then, most students need human guides for lack of personal confidence.

BRO Even the experts refer to good teachers. It is good to have confidence but not over-confidence.If u dont like essay writing, trust me, sir Razi wd make u love it. For composition sir muzafar Bukhari wd b the right idea. Bookish study dsnt help much , its only when u dnt have access t human instructions, u can carry on ur bookish study nd succeed. Remember, MANY genius fail in css due to over confidence. Always seek the guidance of those who know more than u.

Dear Hunk007,
I apologize if the tenor my views has led you or anyone else to believe that I denigrate the profession of teaching. I myself have been teacher for a decade. I only wanted to convey the idea of diversity of resources, thereby enhancing one's self reliance.
Teachers are indispensable to any sort of learning. I myself have tried and am trying to learn from my seniors and juniors. Learning has no barriers. I only wanted to widen the frontiers.
Learning has usually hampered through confusion. Most of the time, a teacher dispels that confusion, some times a book, and occasionally, the internet. It just a matter of one's reliance on a specific source.
