-pakistan has experienced half-baked democracy, true democrcy could not evolve, resultant failure, ultimate result is under-development, no economic, social growth

Causes of failure: 1-Initial problems of Pakistan(constitution related, Democractic instutions could not grow in the absence of true leader)
2-Militry medling with politics(single, well organized institution at the time of Creation of Pakistan),india factor gave air to its importance
3-Feudalism...(Land reforms in india just after independence gave a blow to fudalism there)..in Pakistan it was done but with ill intentions,
4-Political parties, no democracy within the parties except few, inheritance based politics
5-Illitracy..
6-Poverty..
7-Provincialism
8-Interests of USA in Pakistan owing to its Geographical location, Russia war, Afghan war, Interests of USA were guarded in un-democratic regiemes without any resistance.
On the other hand in democratic regieme Bhuto---Started Nuclear programme. Nawaz Sharif 28th May 1998 Atomic blasts, against US interests.
