The most Abstruse Essay In the History of CSS

Dear All,
Today i am going to share the essay, that i attempted in CE 2012, i did an experiment and i was sure that my essay is going to be thrashed by the Examiner, it miraculously survived the horrible fate., though i am nailed in Precis paper despite a very good attempt..Making Inferences is your Job...i did not write the essay as depicted here, as this is just a specimen of my attempt so instead of introduction and things like that, i discuss the causes only.

Energy Crisis, Causes and Consequences

1:Causes
(a) Poor Infrastructure
(b) Lack of Water Reservoirs
(c) underutilization of Thar coal
__________________________________________________________
The Energy crisis has become a root of agony for this country. it is deteriorating our economy, snatching the Jobs of people and thus shattering the hopes of all. There are many causes of this problem but we are going to discuss that are at the spearhead of it.

The first cause is the poor infrastructure of transmission lines that is causing line losses during the despatch process. almost 20% of produced electricity is lost owing to these outdated lines, says the NTDC (National Transmission and Despatch company).

we are not utilizing our water resources at their optimum level, we are not utilizing the water because of lack of water reservoirs. Hydal is the cheapest source of power generation right now but this source has not been developed for last and half decade.

we have got enormous coal reserves at Thar Area in Sindh but we have not yet harnessed these to convert into usable energy. according to Dr Samar Mubarik, a well known Scientist, we can generate upto 50000 MW Electricity as well as Diesel and Gas from these. a bit of sincerity on the part of Govt can get us out of this trouble. Thar coal can prove to be a panacea for all our energy problems.

Thousands of CSS candidates prepare topics such as women's rights, terrorism, the energy crisis, the education system, etc beforehand and from the same sources.

Like last year, I attempted the essay, "What are the hurdles in our way to becoming a truly independent state?"

After my exam, I found out that just about everyone had attempted that topic and written more or less the same stuff. I scored 41 for that essay when I thought it should've gotten 60. And it wasn't because my essay was bad. It was because the examiner must have gotten sick and tired of reading the same arguments in the same essay over and over again.

In any case, my philosophy then changed to attempting a topic I would know very few candidates would dare to tackle. In 2012, I took "Beggars cannot be choosers". I still haven't come across anyone who choose that topic. I might score well in it. Only time will tell.

actually guys i could not format it according to the one i did in paper because of formatting restrictions here in this editor but i can make you understand.
i gave main points by aligning them right with left page border as given in Black marker, as causes here is a main point..
i gave sub points by aligning them in the middle of the paper in blue marker as these three points are subpoints...
NOW the point is that i followed the same format throughout the essay by aligning the subpoints in the middle, i started subpoint in essay from middle of the page...you got it now?

no Junaid bro, you did not get the essence of my post...i am talking about format, it was a childish thing i did and i passed it, thousands others would have written in a more professional way while most of them could not get through.

Bro,

Let me know your main idea in the aforementioned essay you attempted in CE2012. One of my friends attempted the same Essay and secured 35 marks. He missed the Economics part regarding IMF,World Bank etc and kept on emphasizing the consequences of being beggars eliciting the US behavior with Pakistan bla bla......

let me know you dealt with this essay in the context of Economies?

@Junaid

Bro, i think topic of essay in not that much important, it all depends on the material/contents of your essay, if you see the thread " Essays attempted by successful candidates" most of the successful candidates have attempted the typical topics of energy crises, education systems,UN . Still they all have managed to clear the written.
