Overall it is a good outline, but Point No. 3 seems to me irrelevant. well its my personal opinion. i may be wrong.

Yeah good. But change the word "Kinds" to realms of terrorism or some other suitable word. Plus I think you already have defined terrorism in introduction so I don`t think you should include Heading 2.

Such Essays are always on Pakistan situations. like if it comes war on terror then they can ask "gains and losses in Pakistan case" so when you prepare a topic then cover its all aspects.

Take 4,5 issues and prepare them from every aspect. If "democracy" then democracy is the only way Pakistan can survive, role of judiciary, youth, civil society, media etc in democracy, etc. If you focus on fewer topics with more detail and scope then you will certainly be successful in essay. These are my views, others can have different.

well if its on terrorism in Pakistan then u dont need to include types of terrorisms, you have to be specific about it. Thats my point of view,overall good outline.
