Question
one man was saying that fpsc hire one paper checker for one subject in this way only one checker checks all the papers of any subject. He argued that the checher works from morning till evening. and in one day he is able to check some 50 papers. and in this way 1300 per month and all in given time. is this correct ?

should we try to secure good marks in essay or merely passing marks are sufficient ?

we should try our best to gain good marks because preparation just for passing marks may become a reason of failure as most of the aspirants fail in essay.

The essay should include all its attributes i.e
Good Presentation(good handwriting,quotes)
Sound Knowledge (facts and figures,references)
Grammar (rules,idioms,phrases,expressive words)
Relevancy(To the point)
and Sequence(logical order).

Time is too short, don't get confuse yourself for shortcuts like guess. Just practice more and more, read DAWN daily and keep in touch with HDI and economic survey highlights;

As far as luck factor is concerned, I'd like to quote this:
