Salam to every one,i request to all respected seniors and administrator of it forum... i saw an artical in world time magazine about Pakistan's energy crises by dr zafar moen nasir march 2012,it is very informative one,so my question is to you people that should i take it as essay with a little change in intro or should i take some important points and figuers from it????
should i go for example essays of this forum??? my english writting style is not up to the css level,but i am trying my best to make it good,so that i can grt good marks in essay..... i need your precious suggestions for making my writting skills best,plaese do guide me...

one thing more that iam preparing for pcs and i have very short time to go for research please tell me some useful websites from that i can keep myself update with current situations nationaly as well as internationaly and that save my time....

You can't take his article as an essay. Copying his article would be Plagiarism. You should read the article, take his facts and points, understand them and rewrite it in your own words. Keep in mind that the examiner checks many papers every year probably has been doing so for quiet a while now. It's easy for a person to tell if something has been copied from somewhere or someone.

If you want to write an essay on energy crises in Pakistan what you do is: first make of list of things you know as causes and solution, then just read up on energy crises from different articles, essay, magazines, internet etc. This should give you enough knowledge about the topic. Then you can start writing it in your own words.
