Channa sahb, good effort but despite lengthy list of variables it lacks covering certain important fields.
I, as i think, would suggest you to shorten its length and try to cover sub points conserning a single deptt. etc in single point substitution.
Doesnt matter keep it up.......

Bro, I would suggest that you arrange your points in the order of importance under each heading.It will create a much better impression and highlight the fact that you have critical understanding of each factor and its importance in the hierarchy of supporting points.

For example under the heading of Causes of Corruption,In my opinion, you should put Lack of Accountability and Low salaries on the top and then move to Poverty and Social Pressures that cause corruption.Similarly under the heading of Impacts of Corruption, I would prefer to put Poor Economy,Retardation of Development and Decline in Foreign Investment on top.

Rest of the outline is good, keep it up.
