All sub points are not necessary as long as the outline reflects the essay, the outline should be as simple and as concrete as possible.

Maps and figures are generally no go zone in an essay

Quality should be focused not quantity people with 1200 words have passed

Outline reflects the sequence not the paragraph number one can merge two points of outline in single paragraph and also one point can be elaborated in more than one paragraphs.

As to your first question, Yes you must write all the points and sub-point. Reason? First impression is the last impression. Sometimes examiner judges your whole essay on the basis of your outline. You must write even those points which you don,t expand in the body of your essay.

hmmmm I think not... You should focus on your grammar, expression and relevancy rather than graphs picture and whatnot.

Although the required limit is 2500-3500 words, very few can write that much within 3 hours. You can easily pass the essay paper with the help of only 1700-2000 words provided the quality of your essay is appealing.

Yes it is necessary to write your essay according to the sequence of your outline. You must not try to write point no 2 in place of point no 8. Secondly, When you start your paragraph, highlight the point in your topic sentence for the convenience of the examiner.

Your any other query is most welcome.

Yes you are right, you don,t need to make outlines in any paper except Essay. Just try to fulfill requirements of certain question. I personally believe that giving headings and sub- headings in answers are far better than making only outline.

My experience says good score in c.a or any other paper is not only dependent on writing skill but also on relevancy, facts, figures and examples. You just need to keep one thing in your mind, examiners have no value of stories. They give score to those outstanding candidates who prove their stance with facts and figures. In simple words, whatever you say prove it with solid arguments. You will be rewarded I.A .
