If you are student of literature then you don't need any specific source to prepare essay;you should search general material on topic of literature and memorize some quotes.But if you have no link with literature then it would be difficult for you to deal with essays of this category.

According to a senior Csp officer prepare one eassy in one week with every perspective and collect material from different sources.For example you decide to write women eassy than you cover this topic with every angle like status of women,gender discrimination,women social,political role,rights of women in Islamic point of view etc...
Pakistan women role in sports ,army, ranger,airforce as a jet fighter and play their part in every walk of life.Collect relevant quotes and Verses and highlight women problems in society and acid throwing and harressment&rape incidents and social injustice.

thanx friends need more views from friends. i mean how to tackle literary essays? i have no background of literature. but want to study literature. so plz tell any book or website

if you have no background in that case its bit difficult but if you have interest in that case its lot easier. for general view you google english literature, urdu, persian, arabic collect information about language and whats written in literature also about culture, writers what they write, what they write about, just a bird eye view
