Unfortunately, no one is the best teacher. Each differs in his pedogogy. Moneymaking is their interest but few ones like Mazhar Bukhari and Manzur Mirza of Lahore are true mentors. However, both are not inclined to expediting teaching.
In Islamabad, sir MAZHAR is good. His way of teaching is to let you know about Essay such as Introduction, Body, Conclusion, style, and selection of a topic then he will involve you into practice. His course fees including Precis, comprehension,and Expansion is 16k or 18k.

Remember, each will suggest you a different. All depends on your taste. The best thing is to take the classes for a month as a trial.
