Introduction.
Education is a very important phenomenon that discriminates civility from ignorance. If it comes to define education in terms of its exact meaning, then it is difficult to fix education in a single meaning. It is a broader term, having in it, so many situations and dimensions. There are many definitions of education but on close inspection, it seems that it is not the meaning but function or both. It implies that some things are defined in terms of their function. For example politics, civilization and economy are hard to define but easy to understand by their function. On the contrary, if one tries to define these words he would include the function and purpose in the definition to get the proper meaning. Similarly, education is also defined by its purpose and function. When education is defined in means of its function it leads a man to investigate, to learn, to lead, to earn and to opine. As a result on careful examination it is safe to say that education in its meaning and purpose is to live a better life.

You have outlined purpose of education on number 7 and purpose of politics on number 3, keeping in view the topic that is 'meaning and purpose of education. Strange. Totally wrong

brother politics there means just a relevant example which means politics also like education is defined by its function.
heading of relevant example is to justify that there are many things that are defined by their function.

I agree, why purpose of education on the 7th number ?

brother above 6 points are not the 6 paragraphs but to make the stance clear in outline. i will make it in just three paragraphs. and then main concern would be purpose of education.
otherwise what you suggest i shall undertake. please mention the wrong.

Brother if you really want to exemplify the purpose of education, make it in just 1 paragraph, not more than that. Second, your outlines are teeming with the whole essay, but your sequence of outline is totally wrong.

brother i have justified that meaning and purpose of education is the same thing then the essay title remains "purpose of education" then how i can limit its purpose to just one paragraph ?
