There is nothing novel in your essays to suit the current trend set by examiner. I would suggest you come out with a fresh approach and work on the topics out-of-the-box.. Argumentative essays should be practised more to familiarise onself with the changing trend of the exam. |
The topics chosen are very good! Metlo, could you please share your outlines with me? Shall i mail you?
Thanks a lot. |
Gone are the days when topics related to current affairs were more focused on. Now the examiner, in my point of view, wants creativity from aspirants rather than crammed stuff. Literary and philosophical topics are more likely to come this time, unlike previously. .

you are right dear. It's better to work on argumentative topics keeping in mind the ongoing trend of the paper. |
Consider these topics.
Beauty is a mute decpeption. Sweet are the uses of adversity. Wise is a man who knows he is a fool. Is modern civilization a failure? Love vs infatuation Topics like these are expected in forthcoming exam. More over such topics which affect Pakistani society like Privatizing Higher education [2014} Women sportspersons{2014} can also be expected. Try to make outlines in such fashion. |
Make outlines on these topics too.
1.out of debt, out of danger. 2.live not to eat but eat to live. 3.of all prodigality, that of time is the worst. 4. Moral depravity is the root cause of corruption. 5.labour brings pleasure, idleness pain. 6.penny saved is a penny gained. 7.discretion is the better part of valour. 8. Lawmakers should not be law breakers 9.deligence is best guarantee of success. 10,delays are dangerous. |

dear ,,such topics come in the paper. Just go through the essay paper of 2013,2014, your misconception will be over. I also urge you friends think out of the box,,come out of the traditional mode of thinking ; think beyond the topics like democracy, corruption etc. Try something innovative. I assure you creative topics turn out to be easier than what you rather think of them otherwise, just the need is to practise on them. Best of luck. |
Good choice of topics dear
hi can I have a sample essay of past paper to know how to write an essay?
yes. But your topic should be a bit different than that of traditional, straight-forward topics like terrorism, corruption etc. Here i mean that if we work more on unconventional topics, we can build a sound approach to crack such topics in the paper. It also means we can have a lot of choice to attempt an essay in the paper as most of topics asked are in fact literary and tricky in nature. |
Metlo take a look on safer and my essay check out the content one must go through before writing an essay. Look page previous one I posted my outline bro

I hope Metlo will settle the matter between us. :) And obviously, as no one can claim perfection, I may also have flaws. But what are they? That's the point. Sent from my SM-N900 using Tapatalk |

These are general not solely Pakistan related. Anyone who will attempt them with the standpoint of Pakistan "alone" would make a mistake. Sent from my SM-N900 using Tapatalk |

You are right but the trend has changed. You can also first cover the traditional topics and also go through reflective essays in order to broaden your scope.
