Thanks for the input

I dont know why they failed you, but I know very well why checker gave me 20: he/she did not read my whole essay Or even introduction. He/she just read outline and assumed it to be irrelevant

Dear I cleared PMS-15 essay paper when majority was fail in this very paper. But in css, its different ball game. Wow factor is required to pass it.

Bro, we are not required to write a research paper. Aid is an integral issue of IPE. So i discussed it in the same perspective i.e SAPs, Washington consensus neoliberal agenda etc.

what would be the cut off marks for pms? Mine are 60

@ abbas khan:

I attempted the same essay and got 33.

In my opinion, there are two important aspects in Essay writing:
1. Essay should be written in such a manner that a layman can understand it. 2. The outline of the essay should be crystal clear and self-explanatory. The reader should be able to get your point at the first glance.

I think your essay lacks both these aspects. Your essay was more of a specialized one as you yourself are claiming that the examiner was unable to comprehend your outline.

This is just my opinion. You can disagree with it. And lastly, it all comes down to the one factor called "LUCK"

Best of luck for your future...

you nailed it bro. I did explain it in a layman language but my outline's language was not straight and unfortunately examiner awarded me marks just by reading it

There were short coming in your essay. So, I just pointed you in the right direction. They book I quoted is in suggested books of FPSC for Pakistan Affairs.

PMS, mine are 52,zone 4. My guess is between 46-47 cutoff. There were many cheaters in the exam. So, every guess can go upside down.

P.S The implication of foreign aid is not that bad then they are regarded. The state of corruption is the worst disease a country can be in.

Ur expression is gud but there some pints that are irrelevant. U talked about discourse. But you were not asked to write a discourse analysis on foreign aid .

The problem is that all the examiners judge your essay by the outline. That's why experts recommend that you spend around one hour to draft a brilliant outline. Rest of the two hours are sufficient for explanation.
