Essay on Voltaire' quote "I Disapprove of What You Say...."

I am working on the outline of following quote of Voltaire "I Disapprove of What You Say, But I Will Defend to the Death Your Right to Say It" .but I'm confused should I include the point that "freedom of speech should have limitations and working with limitations" or not?
In short, what should be the scope of this quote? i know it revolves around freedom of speech and multiculturalism, where difference of opinion is destined to happen. but i think topic of free speech would be incomplete without paying heed to legal and moral limitations that should be imposed on right to free speech but at the same time i fancy if i mention limitations, i would diverge from my real topic.

what should i do??

Aristotle once said that it is the mark of an educated mind to entertain a thought without accepting it. So, if you're writing about Voltaire's quote regarding freedom of speech, imo you shouldn't include the limitations and working with limitations part. There are other arguments that can support your stance so why venture into something that will weaken your essay. Leave it for someone who will critique your writing.
