Outline needs a bit of work. I attempted this essay in 2018 and scored 45 by writing only 1400-1500 words but I focused on the very basics. Give a student's point of view of the problems with higher education. Focus on how poor quality education is being provided in H.E institutions. Headings like child labor, literacy rate and poverty are not required in much detail or even as separate heads at all. Comparison between Pakistan and other countries should be made on specific issues not education in general. Keep the following things in mind while writing an essay:
a. Put lots of quotes in there.
b. Make sure your English expression does not bore or frustrate the checker.
c. Use simple but grammatically correct English.
d. Do not lose sight of what you are supposed to say. Be logical and coherent.
e. Justify your outline. Do not waver from your outline otherwise you will be in trouble.
