Economy is the life and blood of any country for its survival in the long run. Unfortunately, Pakistan has been facing grave economic woes for last six decades. Heavy foreign debt, fiscal deficit, trade deficit, current, devaluation of rupee and significant shrink in FDI are the challenges that the country has to face with. Political instability and absence of structured and far-sighted economic policies have ruined the economic potential of Pakistan. Besides, rampant corruption and money laundering remained grave challenges to restrict the economic growth of the country. Moreover, illiteracy, terrorism, extremism and energy crises have further rusted the machinery of country’s economic development. Consequently, it engendered a vicious cycle of poverty, inflation and unemployment. However, these financial woes can be fixed and country’s crippling economy can be stabilized through far-sighted and sustainable policies and reforms .Serious steps need to be taken such as wiping out the corruption and money laundering, curbing terrorism, bringing FDI, effective tax collection mechanism, reducing imports and increasing exports, bilateral trade with strategic partners, industrial advancement, agricultural reforms, promoting tourism and curtailing additional expenditures.

It is very long essay. We need to write at least 2500 words. So cause and effect can also be written.
By the way, what is reason behind your suggestion of not writing cause and effect? Please elaborate little bit.
What about the outline and introduction. Is it up to mark?

Can you justify (in brief) how ''Illiteracy, unskilled education, water crisis and corruption," as mentioned in the outline, cause economic woes?
Plus, how "healthcare deplorable condition" is produced by economic problems? These points seem to make no connection with the topic to me.
P.S. no offense!

I appreciate your questions. No offense!..
1-I mentioned "Illiteracy, unskilled education, water crisis and corruption" are the causes/factors responsible for economic woes.

If you see the example of China, India and developed countries you will see that raise in literacy rate and skilled education helped people to earn their livelihood. Skilled education and literacy play important part in promoting business and employment. Ultimately it improves economy of a country

Water is important for agricultural and energy production. Agriculture is the backbone of Pakistan which is fully dependent on water. Energy sufficient and agricultural efficient countries device the products which can be exported to other countries. Hence, water crises affect economy of a country.

2- "Deplorable healthcare condition" is the effect of economy crises/woes.
I wrote it in effects in the outline. It is obvious that if a person don't have sufficient money he cannot get better treatment for the health problem.
You can see deplorable healthcare condition of your country. It is because of the economic woes being faced by Pakistan.

Yes! you're right. But:
1- its true education and skills play eminent role. but "Illiteracy and skills" do not cause economic crisis, suchas Falling FDI, Current account deficit, currency devaluation, to name a few. AS you want to judge these on the ground mentioned.

2- "Deplorable healthcare condition is the effect of economy crises/woes." obviously true, but not relevant as per my point of view. You should not venture into such avenues which are too down the isle.

P.S. the views are based on the advice that its all about economy so you're suppose to write from economic perspective. Coz i have never seen any economist voicing "such concerns."
Hope i didn't tense you. Keep your spirits high!

May be i am wrong but let me quote a passage from dawn for your clarification.

SHANGLA: Divisional president of Pakistan Peoples Party Afsarul Mulk said on Sunday that the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf-led government had failed to deliver during last four years in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa despite its tall claim of change.
As per the highlighted line the PTI govt had failed to deliver. Likewise, we can write Media has failed to deliver not has been. You can check further through google.
