9)Conclusion

Introduction
Gender equality is a phenomena advocated by social rights activists, civil society workers and media men since industrial revolution but the discussion is not yet concluded.Man and woman are assigned specific roles and statuses regarding their mental and physical capabilities.Men are considered as tougher and more practical as compared to women. In fact this distinction has beautified and facilitated the order of the world and maintained its peace and order but it should be not misunderstood with gender discrimination and parity. Resultantly exploitation in terms of social, political, religious, economical and domestic domains should be halted. As a matter of fact, both genders should enjoy equal basic and civil rights. Therefore, middle way,as professed by Islam, can play a decisive role in settling the issue.Women should also have their shares in the development of their individual and communal lives of their countrymen provided their basic duties remain uninterrupted.By doing this, they will not only acquire self-confidence,courage and trust but also economic independence to excel in all spheres of life.Consequently, they will play a very positive and constructive role in the country's development.
