i think.. brother! only hitting the government too hard would be too much rational and harsh.. isn't it so? i mean it is not always the government. some
take an example of reco dig case the austrailian comapny dug a treasure for us and what did chief justice do to them . i mean iftkhar choudary he. he made them leave that project once it was found that there we actually have the Gold. then the company filed the case on Pakistan and now pakistan after losing this case due to negligence of then chief justice has to pay 5 billion dollars as fine.
its not always government. Sometimes some departments think that they are too powerful to make decisions. none of it was discussed with legislature or bureaucracy.
