Dear Reader,

I Greet you in Islamic Way: Asalam-o-Alikum

There is a confusion among many aspirants of 2010. Everybody know about Introduction, body and conclusion. But nobody knows what is the format to write and many candidates failed and their efforts all in vain. I asked many CSP officers the above question, Some said use Heading Some strongly denied.

It is requested to all the CSP and CSS Qualifiers to help upcoming aspirants of CSS. The question which is hurdle for every candidate of CSS to solve, Is:

1) Should we use Headings in Essay ? Or We write essay in paragraph format !

Example:

Pakistan Economy:
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

Imporatance of Economy:
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

And goes on.

OR

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
----------ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

bunko .... A s far as my knowledge and opinion is concern,there is no need of headings in essay writing.According to prof dr jamal, an english professor he told that essay should be plan and no need of heading.before starting essay you can put outlines, which are the pre-headings of essay and separate paragraph for each heading or topic indicates headings.but they should not be presented separately like you mentioned in ur instance..

Essay writing is indeed a very tough job,and nobody is perfect to write a faultless essay.but you can overcome ur weakness to some extent if you follow the basic rules of essay writing.the main principles of essay writing are
INTRODUCTION{The overall introduction of a topic which you want to write about.this is the most basic and primary stage of essay,moreover,introduction should be strong enough to attract checker mind.}
BODY OF ESSAY.{once you wrote introduction,now then the times comes to separately discus each and every aspect of your essay para-wise.}
Conclusion.{Conclusion must be the over all sketch of your written esay in diffrent words.}

THOUGH IM NOT PERFECT IN ESSAY WRITING,I SHARED WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THIS TOUGH JOB..

Dear i can tell you about my personal experience tht what i learned and did in 2008 attempt...as far as headings are concerned i think it is NOT a good idea, ofcourse everyone tells you about the outline, introductory paragraph, main body and conclusion so this is the way to go about the essay.

I think Outline,introduction and the conclusion are very very important and one should be very careful and attentive while attempting these parts of essay. In the main body one thing should be kept in mind that is divide the content in proper paragraphs

if someone has 12 to 15 strong points regarding the topic on which the essay has to be written, the above mentioned format is followed and there are minimum of spelling and grammer mistakes then i think 50 to 55 marks are easily scorable...!!!!! (Insh Allah)

First of All, Thanks for such a sincere effort. Brother Please cleared, I am not getting your point. TOPIC INDICATES HEADINGS means?

One more Thing;

Introduction = Persuasively start and contains the information about the topics of essay, that what i am going to discuss in the body of the essay, Am i right?

I have also opted, Accounting & Auditing, You passed in 2008 and obtained good marks, Let me know please, Checker of Accounting paper, Concentrate on ANSWER OR METHOD?
How you define your paper of Accounting 2008 ?

Yes i know one guy, Who passed his CSS 2009, with simple but no grammatical mistake of English. Just write simple if you not profilic writer, but without grammatical mistakes.

By topic i mean to say is outlines... like....
you have to present outlines before starting an essay and then you will discuss one by one all the outlines in separate paragraphs..
The introduction should be convencing enough in order to attract the checker,s attention.In introduction you will give the brief overview of your essay which you would have already written in your outlines.after introduction then you will be able to explain each of your outlines in separate paragrpahs.
Each idea should be discuss in separate paragraph, means one idea in one paragraph...
