POWER OF THE MEDIA IN MODERN WORLD
Outline:
Prologue
 Progressive attempts are the souls of world’s beauty.

(a) Introduction to topic
 Defining media is not an easy task because of its rapid growth.
 What actually the Media is?
 Constituents of media.
 Word Power in the topic expresses different means.

(b) Wielding of significant Power by media in the World.

(c) “Vibrant media” is more appropriate to call.

(d) Emergence of vibrant media.
 Struggle that can never be avoided by journalist community.
 Technological Advancement.
 Civil society is supporting this vehemently.
 Sound position of financial groups.
 Government without which it was just like a lost dream.

(e) Contribution of media in modern world.
 Molding public opinion.
 Serving as major propaganda tool.
 Protecting agent for fundamental human rights.
 Playing its role in National integration.
 Source of entertainment.
 Promoting democracy by inculcation of political awareness in masses.
 Strengthen relations internationally.
 Some justifiable action by media.



(f) Some negative aspects about media in society.
 Commercial approach on sensitive issues.
 Some media groups prefer financial interests over National ones.
 Source of Social evils.
 Sometime media becomes a puppet in the hands of despots.
 Media Influenced Violence.

(g) Media in Pakistan & challenges faced by it.

(h) Suggestions to make Media Power More Beneficial.
 Self made Code of conduct By media Groups
 Properly Trained journalists
 Every News is not for publish.

(i) Conclusion.

first of all, an essay can not be evaluated by the outline alone, how could anyone could guess that how you are going to justify a particular heading, but anyhow, you should have started the topic straight away from the media and modern world, instead of defining media etc, so your introduction seems to be general, it must be more specific and should directly hit the topic.

give solid examples of the modern world that how media is crucially effecting the modern world policies and ways of life for example, recent arab political change through media hype and ypu can find many similar examples....
but it's good that you have asked for evaluation...it's the first step towards learning.keep it up.

Basically essay has three parts, we all know that....introduction, body and conclusion.From your intro the examiner gets the idea that where you are actually standing so it's the most crucial part....may be the examiner decides not to check further if the intro is not correct.Everything in the essay is associated with one another, the management, sequence and presentation should be very mature and balanced.In my opinion your intro is the heart of the essay.
