How one can even think of copying or owing someone else's intellectual property. He was so confident even after posting the article that he continued to interact with the members. How pathetic!

In Pakistan ,plagiarism is not offence while HEC chairman as well as Mr.Qadri do not ashamed of such act then why should other Pakistanies?

That's called height of the confidence.

Policy of Pakistan might be plagiarised much like this stolen stuff.Wese bunde ko btta den Pakistan is a failing state , not failed state.…

Lastly, i didn't use intellectual property right,cause that's a controversial thing: I know how it was used by selfish....
(Particularly in patent medicines)

Fpsc has also plagiarised its ce-16 papers; you can see precise and composition paper.
Lagta he hm India se but inspire hain, again all stuff was copy pasted from Indian sites.
