one thing to correct here that is Islam doest not give right of dowry to women.in fact, there is no concept of dowry in Islam because sole responsibility to maintain house is of husband so he provide those thing to furnish such things which we calls a dowry and gives to our sisters and daughters. this is typical hindu tradidion and not muslim, on the contrary, Islam enables the righ of dower for a women at the time of marriage which is essential element for the contract of marriage and consideration for women for the contract of marriage.

Default Need a sea change in our thinking

Every now and again i encounter the people who heap encomiums on a writer who write extensively on Islamic topic. My personal view is that Islam won't change the present plight of women no matter how much we try by copiously presenting Hadis and Ayats as it is like a hair spitting debate which interminably debated, but we get nothing out of it. All css aspirants should also discuss the present critical situation in pakistan like burgeoning menace of intolerance and ethnic violence in karachi. please just don't write to receive admiration from people like me who just speak lie but to write to improve not only your writing skills but also your thinking. We should also write to criticize the whole system including present Blasphemy law and hadood ordinance. after all no one going to fail you if wrote anything like i mentioned. i hope the moderator won't mind on my comment given the level of extreme religiosity.

Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?").
