Woojed e zan se hai tasveer e qaynat main Rang
“Iqbal”
“The world is colorful with women”

Woman is beauty, woman is the color in the canvas of universe, she is human, she is love, she essential for the existence of human being.

Islam the religion of peace and prosperity, accorded woman her rights according to her nature, Islam gives equal rights to all human being man and woman, the equality differs from sameness, men and women are created with variety, man differs from woman in physical appearance, and so they have different roles to perform according to their different appearance with equal rights. Thus Islam gives equal rights to all men and women according to the nature they have.

Before Islam women were not given the status of what she deserved, looking back in Arab countries before the advent of Islam, women were considered not more the domestic animals, the wives were beaten by their husbands, she had no choice of living her life but what man decided for her. She was just used for one purpose and then discarded, she had no right to inherit. In time of war she was treated as a prize, the female infants were considered as humiliation and were buried alive. In simple sense the condition of women were worst.

With the advent of Islam came the verse in Quran condemning the act of female infanticide.

“And when the news of (birth of) a female child is brought to any of them (men), his face becomes dark and he is filled with inward grief! He hides himself from people because of the evil of that, where of he has been informed, shall he keeps her with dishonor or bury her in the earth? Certainly evil is their decision”

(An Nahl 16:58-59)

And as part of different events as the Day of Judgment the Quran mentions,

“and when the female infant is buried alive, shall be questioned, for what sin she was killed?

(al-Takwir 81:8-9)

And also outside of the Arab countries, in Egypt, India and European countries in dark ages women had no better life, she was treated worst then slaves. She wasn’t considered as human being but a sub species between human and animal.

The rights of women were given to us by Allah almighty who is most mercyfull and most wise.
These rights were granted to women after the advent of islam, the last prophet of Allah, Mohammad PBUH’s life gives all human being the good example of the life in this world and here after.

Women has freedom in seeking education as of man can,

Hazart Mohammad PBUH says in Hadith

It is obligatory for all Muslims, “men and women” to seek education.

Hence the prophet of Allah states that all human being are equal and has equal freedom of seeking education, the Prophet wife Hazarat Aisyha RA was one of the women who had knowledge and she gave this knowledge to others, even the men of that time, like Hazart Omar used to go to Hazrat Aysha for advises on the different issues, though she never went to any universities of colleges as there were not any at that time, but she was among the young and intelligent women that time. And the education plays vital role in the betterment of the society and economy of state, if one mother is educated whole family is educated and when one family is educated the state is educated, and Islam gives this right to her.

Islam gives freedom to women to choose husband for them, women can have a choice to initiate and ask the family if she doesn’t like to get married to a man of her family choice, and also she has freedom of expressing her feelings if she has someone whom she wants to get married to. That is why in Islam the practice of asking woman for her acceptance of the man is done during the ceremony of marriage, so it is made sure that she has not be forced to get married to one she did not want to.
Quran grants the women share of inheritance in her family, and warns against the depriving her from her right, Quran also specifies her right to have mehr (dowry) and emphasizes that It belongs to herself only, unless she by her will gives it as a gift. Islam states that women is owner of her property and her husband can never force her to share it with him, husband is obliged to take care of her and the children, and should never ask for her to pay for the family unless she desires. In the western world, women have no right of inheritance and she also has to earn to bring up the children, being indulgent in nature women is not made to work tough and bring up family, and Allah know better her needs and thus in Islam she has been given choice of life that makes her and her family’s life easy.
Women has freedom of employment, the wife of Hazrat Mohammad peace be upon him Hazart Khadija was a merchant, it gives us the good example that women never stops women for seeking for employment, though there are some limits for her exposer out of her home, sometimes the veiling and seclusion in Islam is misunderstood. If the women goes out without parda veil and she will have difficult situation for her, the good example is of the gang rape in India recently, if women is less exposed she will not face these difficulties, and she, and Allah mentions in Quran, keep your modesty and lower your gaze, this is in favor of women, she is never stopped to go out for seeking knowledge, or doing job, performing religious pilgrim, or even visiting her friends and family. Islam is the deen which gives all the rights and favors that women deserves.
Women in the western world faces more problems now days then women following Islamic laws in Islamic countries, the large number of American women are converting to Islam, they feel that women has more protection and more freedom and rights then of their previous religion and state. Women in the western countries face many hurdles, as in nature women is made soft and full of emotions, and in western world she is treated same as men, she has no choice but to earn and bring up herself and family, and also she has no right to keep her own inheritance but her husband has right to have her property, she feels unsecure and stressful. And compare to Islamic states the rape cases are in high number due to the status of women there, they have to dress up the way that is more exposed. And this is one of the reason high number of western women converting to Islam, here question arises, why the western women not converting to other religions like Hinduism or budhusim, and the answer to this question is simple, Islam is not only religion, Islam is the right path of living life, Islam is what nature of human being needs and thus following the Islamic way of life, women finds her self-protected then she feels in the western world.
In Islamic society women plays vital role, she has all the respect and importance that she deserves, she is a loving mother, and Quran states that be kind to you parent, and Hazrat Mohammad PBUH says that, the paradise in in the feet of Mother, Islam gives mother a very prominent respect.
Women plays an important role being wife, she has given the respect and love, Hazrat Mohammad PBUH said, why don’t you get married so you play with her and she plays with you, this shows the pleasure of love is not only for man but also for woman, she receives mehr and that is also the protection for her, in Islam she is taught to keep her modesty and bring up her children and in nature what women wants is the pleasure of love from her family, and Islam gives that to her. Being a daughter she has all the love and care she deserves,
Our prophet Mohammad PBUH said, one who has two daughters and brings them up with all the care and love and make them get married, will be with me in paradise,
Islam gives women all the rights she needs being a daughter, she gets love from her parents, and then she gets married of her choice and lives her life the way she desires.

Islam gives equal right to women and men, in Islamic perspective all human being are equal and has the duties and norms to perform, women enjoys all the benefits she deserves and has all the right to seek education, do job and get life partner of her choice and also she has all the respect and love in roles she performs. Following Islam makes her life easy and she can get what is her choice.

in 3 hour time , it is expected from Aspirants to give more and more about essay quntitiy-wise but must be relevant...a good essay consists 2400 to 3000 words with good quality...always remember that quality matter most but quantity support it to get higher marks in essay...
