Media and Government roles are neglected in your outline. Other than that, a good outline to write on.

If you see it from psychological perspective .
And , from evolution point of view . As , how men used to hunt animals , and gather food for family . On the other side work of a women was doing home chores and activities like cooking , cleaning etc . So , men made themselves physically strong than women .

So , now man's work , by nature , is to provide shelter to his family and doing other activities , which require strength . On the other side , responsibilities of women includes education and development of children .

So , at the end women cannot do heinous works like man can do . In military jobs , field jobs , women remain less successful . Women can design a building , and can implement a design , but cannot put bricks into the structure to complete it . You can find as many examples in your life related to this thing .

Can Women Usian Bolt compete male Usian bolt in Olympics ? No .

viewing it from a woman's point of view it's men physical weakness that they cannot carry a child in their body and cannot even produce milk for them.

but basically,my point of the criticism was that the term " physical weakness" for women is highly discriminating and likely to irritate any woman examiner. it should be substituted with milder ,euphemistic terms such as " physical disparity" or physical differences simply.

Actually this topic can be taken in both perspectives i.e discrimination of women and discrimination of men too . It may seem funny , but , it is a reality that men are also being discriminated . It depends that you would go against the topic , in favor of it , or take it on equal basis i.e both sides of the topic.

As prejudice is the root cause of discrimination . Then , if we say that White discriminate black , in the same way it goes for black discriminating white . Black people may assert that we are superior to white , it is prejudice , which will turn into discrimination if black would give a job to a white on the basis of this stereotype . In the same way , women and even men can discriminate men , and vice versa .

If , we see from women perspective then you may be right , but physical strength has been adapted . It is a prejudice if we think or say that man cannot do this work , or women cannot do . But , it turns into discrimination , when time comes to give a job , and both of them can do the work properly , rather than seeing their equal efficiency , we give job or opportunities on the basis of discrimination .

And for examiner , topic of Gender discrimination goes like this :

Prejudices related to men and women discrimination
Causes of discrimination
Then , comes the way with which they are discriminated
At the end , remarks that they should not be discriminated .
Then , conclusion .

Hope you will understand that it is also a stereotype regarding Gender Discrimination topic , that we should take it in the way related to women being discriminated . Whole theme consists of both perspectives , seeing developing and developed cultures .
