From the contents of the essay, the best title comes to my mind is "Women are curse on society". I think you have done a good job if your stance is "Women are considered as an evil".

Best of Luck.

please guess the topic of outline.

“wanton killing of innocent people is terrorism, not war against terrorism”

naom chomsky

“true dialogue is the one in which both sides are willing to change” nhat hanh

“peace cannot be made with war” shamshad ahmed

"terrorism like virus is everywhere" jean baudrillard

I) Introduction
II) Terrorism and means to curb it
A) Dialogue
i) U.S dialogue with Taliban
ii) Pakistan dialogue with india
iii) Success of Syrian dialogue
B) Sanctions
i) Economic sanctions imposed by U.S on iran
C) War/coercive measures
i) War on terror
ii) Palestine-israel hostility
iii) Use of force in kashmir
III) Dialogue vs coercive measures
A) Merits of dialogue
i) Dialogue is inexpensive
ii) Peaceful way
iii) Sustainable measure
B) Demerits of a dialogue
i) Time consuming
ii) Laborious process
IV) Conclusion
Terrorism is a global phenonmenon. Like a giant monster, it has entangled the entire world in its tentacles. It keeps on budding and spreading similar to a hydra. Terrorism is an ideology whereby individuals or organizations resort to the use of violence and force to achieve their Machiavellian goals. Particularly, ever since 9/11, the entire world has suffered immensely because of ever-increasing terrorism. nevertheless, modern day terrorism can be traced back to the soviet invasion of Afghanistan in 1979. Sensible quarters all over the world have deliberated, negotiated, pondered over multitutude options such as dialogue, diplomacy, coercive measures, sanctions to curb the menace. Force is the last option. The foremost priority is dialogue. though, it is a painstaking, laborious, time-consuming process, yet it is peaceful, inexpensive, sustainable option which is very likely to produce positive results.

well it sounds like an intro in the beginning lines and a conclusion in the last two lines. if it is a conclusion ,which i think, then it must start with such words eg in a nutshel.....l,summing the argument.....,the burden of song is..... etc
